Embellishment using scraps

I mentioned before, that I've been entertained making embellishment clusters for my 12 x 12 layouts.  That is so therapeutic and also have fun doing it.  A sense of completion and a satisfaction that nothing is wasted, always accompany me afterwards.  ;-) .  Now I'm also doing a lot of embellishments, smaller ones.  using those tiny,  itty bitty die cuts, and shapes and scraps.  Here is a few.

Crochet Mom!

I had so much fun putting together the embellishment cluster, that's on the right hand side.  I've been doing a lot of those lately.  I does speed up the process of putting a layout together.  Super fun! 

This is a memory I never want to forget.  My mother crocheting for me.  My mom is not the type of person that you will imagine doing this...so it was double special.  A great memory. 

Dream a Little dream

Because that's what I do when I go to the beach.  Not sure if its the sea breeze but sitting there, watching the come and go of the waves, the serene/therapeutic sound of the beach makes me dream of the future.  This picture was taken by a person I loove so much, Israel, aka Win.  He was walking on the beach and his shadow, was perfectly capture. He has such an eye for capturing interesting stuff.  Is not the first pic I use from his collection, and i'm sure it wont be the last. Thanks honey!
